Oversize Products
UPS will not deliver oversize, bulky, oddly shaped or extremely heavy items. These items will be shipped alone via a freight handling company. If we determine that your order, or part of your order, must be shipped via a freight handling company we will contact you with details regarding such arrangements. Shipping via a freight handling company may take an additional length of time for delivery.

Shipping Costs
You should receive your order within seven to ten business days (unless your order is determined to be oversized). Costs are based on weight and dimensions (where applicable). There is an additional fee that covers insurance on orders over $100.

Clothing Returns
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of clothing items which are in original condition, unwashed and unworn with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject clothing returns or exchanges if the items(s) appear not to be in original condition. If you are returning clothing items for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. You should send your item to us fully insured since we will not be responsible for damages caused during the return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue you a refund for the original cost of the item less your original shipping cost. All clothing items should be returned to Flemington Department Store, Inc., Clothing Internet Returns, 151 Route 31, Flemington, NJ, 08822 (DO NOT return area rugs to this address - see area rug returns. Area rugs returned to this address will not be accepted without authorization).

Clothing Exchanges
If you are returning clothing items for an exchange, contact us at 1-888-877-2192 or email us. If you leave a message, please include your name, order number and telephone number so that one of our internet specialists can return your call as soon as possible.

Area Rug Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your area rug, we will gladly accept returns within ten days of the day you receive it. All area rugs must be returned in original condition. Should the returned product show signs of wear, or if it is returned later than ten days after the date you received it, we reserve the right to reject the return. All rugs must have a return authorization number (RA #) clearly written on the outside of the package. If any rug is returned without an RA#, it will be refused and returned to the sender. In order to obtain the correct return address and an RA #, please contact us at 1-888-877-2192 or fill out the form below. Please send your package back to us via a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number and insurance. You are responsible for the cost of returning the rug to us. We do not charge restocking fees, but your refund will be issued less the original shipping and handling costs incurred. Please retain your tracking number so that we can assist you in tracking your return if needed. We will issue your refund promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned rug.

Furniture Shipping/Pricing Policy
Online Pricing - For a variety of reasons, including manufacturer restrictions, technical issues, and constant change, we are unable to quote prices online or by email for some vendors.

Delivery - Because we are committed to the highest quality service possible, we currently limit delivery to customers in our local service area only - which is about 100 miles from our store.
